I’ve decided to do my eating disorder story. This was a hard video for me to post but I want to share my journey in the hope to help others and show how far I’ve come.
It’s been a hell of a journey and I’m still no where near recovered but I’m proud of the progress I’ve made.
Disclaimer: eating disorders are a mental illness and weight loss is only a symptom an eating disorder. In my case yes I did loose weight but that doesn’t make me more value. Eating disorders are mental illnesses.
